Submitting an enquiry or joining a waiting list does not create a booking. A place is confirmed only when Zoe’s Lab provides written confirmation and any required payment is received.
Programme information
Dates, venues, tutors, capacity, fees, bursary availability and offer eligibility are subject to confirmation. Families receive the applicable programme terms, payment schedule, cancellation and refund arrangements before booking.
Accuracy and suitability
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate. Programme placement may involve a conversation, trial session or assessment so that the recommended group is appropriate for the child.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with service operation.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, design and original programme materials belong to Zoe’s Lab or are used with permission. They may not be republished commercially without written permission.
