This notice explains how Zoe’s Lab uses information submitted through this website. If you have a privacy question, email info@bigzbigw.com.
Information we collect
When a parent or guardian makes an enquiry, we collect their name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number, together with the child’s name, age, programme interests and any optional message. We also keep the time of submission, language preference, consent notice version and an enquiry reference.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to the enquiry, recommend suitable programmes, manage a waiting list and take steps requested by a family before providing a service. We do not use a child’s information for behavioural advertising.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised people who manage Zoe’s Lab enquiries and programme administration. We do not sell personal information. A service provider may process information only where needed to host, secure or operate the service and under appropriate instructions.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Information needed for an active booking, safeguarding matter or legal obligation may be retained for a different period under the applicable record-keeping policy.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion, object to or restrict some uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact us using the email above. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and international access
We use access controls, encryption in transit, input validation and backups designed to protect the service. If information is accessed or stored outside the UK, an appropriate transfer safeguard must be used.
Changes
We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain available on this page.
